Jeremy is a principle at Connected Advantage and is is on faculty at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

In addition to the leadership development work, Jeremy directed the Flashforward Conference in San Francisco in 2008 and his background includes over 15 years of experience in software engineering and a business degree from Ohio University.

Jeremy loves to travel. His travels have taken him to watch the sun rise over Machu Pichu, through the Actagama Desert by jeep, to live and teach English in Chile, to dance the samba at Carnival in Brazil, to work as a translator for Goodyear Tire in Mexico City, to study philosophy from Tibetan Buddhist monks in the north of India, treking through the Himalayas of Nepal, overland through Tibet to Lhasa, running with the Bulls in Pamplona, to meet the Dalai Lama, to hike the back-country trails of the Grand Canyon, through the Towers of Granite in Tierra del Fuego, to visit the pyramids of Teotihuacan, to stay in a medieval castle in Tuscany, on a cargo ship down to the tip of South America, and to Kauai, Hawaii and Andros Island in the Bahamas with his wife, Elyse.

More recently his explorations have moved from exploring the exterior world to being more locally and internally focused. Jeremy practices Vipassana meditation, studies organizational culture and relationship systems. Jeremy also donates his time, working with leaders in and around New Orleans, supporting their efforts to rebuild and revitalize the city post-Katrina by offering coaching and community support.

Jeremy lives in San Francisco with Elyse and their daughter, Ellory. Elyse and Jeremy met in January of 2005 and were married in May of 2007 at Woodside Meadows in Round Hill, Virginia, the property where Elyse grew up.
